What is the cancellation and refund policy for the ELevate Conference?

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to our Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Jason Schroeder at jschroeder@edplus.org . Cancellations received by Wednesday, May 22, 2024 will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after Wednesday, May 22, 2024 are not eligible for a refund.  
Can my registration be transferred to another person?

Yes, registration transfer requests can be emailed to AskEdPlus@edplus.org . Registration transfers must be made one week prior to the conference date.
Where can I find the conference schedule and session descriptions?

The ELevate Conference Schedule can be found on our conference website.
Are meals included in the in-person conference registration fee?

Yes. Lunch will be provided for all attendees. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to make the necessary accommodations.
